Notes

what yarn is good for dishcloths?

100% cotton yarn because of the following benefits.

  1. It is a strong fiber
  2. Good absorbent, making it excellent to be used in the kitchen
  3. It does not pill easily even with extensive use.

Taking care of your dischloth

  1. Most can be machine washed, if made from cotton yarn. To be sure, check the yarn label for instructions.
  2. If hand washing you can use warm water and detergent, ensure it is dry so that it doesn’t contain slime or allow bacteria to live in them.
